Some plans include a monthly subscription fee, which reduces the transaction fee you pay on each donation, helping you maximise your fundraising income.

To collect donations with Fundraise Tap, you'll need a Stripe account. Stripe securely processes donations and transfers funds directly to your organisation.

Stripe charges a transaction fee on each donation, with rates varying depending on the country where your organisation operates. Registered charities and non-profit organisations may be eligible for discounted transaction fees through Stripe's non-profit pricing programme.

Stripe offers discounted transaction fees for eligible registered charities and non-profit organisations in many countries. If your organisation qualifies, you may be able to reduce the payment processing costs applied to each donation.

To apply for non-profit pricing, you'll need to contact Stripe directly and provide documentation confirming your charitable or non-profit status. Once approved, the discounted rates will automatically apply to donations processed through your Stripe account.

Fundraise Tap supports a wide range of contactless payment methods, making it easy for supporters to donate using the device they already have.

Donors can tap to give using contactless debit and credit cards, smartphones, smartwatches, and other NFC-enabled devices. This includes popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, providing a fast, secure, and convenient donation experience.

When you choose Fundraise Tap, ongoing support comes as standard. There are no onboarding fees, setup charges, or hidden costs for assistance.
